\n International Restrictions:
\n*Entry to Colombia for flight arrivals: Arrivals to Colombia are subject to mandatory entry requirements:
\n\u2022 you cannot enter Colombia if you have symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive in the last 14 days
\n\u2022 between 24 hours and 1 hour before departure, you must fill out the \u2018Check-Mig\u2019 form, available on the Migraci\u00f3n Colombia website. You will receive a confirmation email that you will need to present upon arrival in Colombia
\n*Proof of vaccination: From 14 December 2021, all international passengers 18 and above entering Colombia must show proof of vaccination upon entry to Colombia. The final vaccine dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to travel (The definition of the complete scheme shall be in accordance with the technical recommendation of the producer of each vaccine).
\nThe Colombian Government recognises those vaccines authorised by the WHO, or those officially approved by a country or territory recognised by the United Nations.
\nProof of vaccination requirements: either vaccination cards or digital certificates are accepted as proof of vaccination and they must show as a minimum:
\n\u2022 Holder\u2019s full name
\n\u2022 Type of ID (e.g. passport) and number (if available on the vaccination card or certificate)
\n\u2022 Vaccination date
\n\u2022 Vaccine administered
\n\u2022 Number of doses administered
\nColombia will accept the proof of COVID-19 recovery and vaccination record and proof of COVID-19 vaccination issued in the Crown Dependencies, as these are in line with government guidelines for certification. Your appointment card from vaccination centres is not designed to be used as proof of vaccination and should not be used to demonstrate your vaccine status.
\nUnvaccinated foreign nationals who are not holders of a Permanent Resident visa in Colombia will not be allowed to enter the country.
\nColombian nationals, foreign nationals holders of a Permanent Resident visa, Diplomatic staff and their dependants over 18 who are unvaccinated, have not completed their vaccination scheme or have had their final dose less than 14 days before travel, will be able to enter Colombia showing proof of a negative PCR test issued no later than 72 hours prior to boarding.
\nForeign nationals who are not holders of a Permanent Resident visa and have started but not completed their vaccination scheme or have had their final dose less than 14 days before travel, will be able to enter Colombia showing proof of a negative PCR test issued no later than 72 hours prior to boarding.
\nSurgical masks must be used by all passengers above 2 years of age throughout the journey, from entering the air terminal, during the flight and at the port of arrival. N95 masks are recommended for passengers above 60 years of age and those with pre-existing health conditions.
\nColombia has reopened all land, sea and river borders. Neighbouring countries may still be implementing their own border closures.

\n*PCR Test; All travellers 18 and above arriving Colombia on a cruise ship, regardless of how long they intend to remain in Colombia will need to show proof of a negative PCR test result, issued no longer than 72 hours prior to entry.
\n*Proof of Vaccination: All travellers, aged 18 and above, arriving on a cruise ship, and entering Colombia must show proof of vaccination upon entry to Colombia with at least one dose administered. \n*Departing Colombia: Between 24 hours and 1 hour before departure, you must again fill out the \u2018Check-Mig\u2019 form, available on the Migraci\u00f3n Colombia website.
\nPassengers for international flights will be allowed entry to the airport 3 hours before departure whilst passengers for domestic flights can enter 2 hours prior to departure.
\nCheck the health requirements of the country of destination, such as quarantines or tests.

\nInternal Restrictions:
\n*Public places and services: The health emergency has been extended until 30 November 2021.
\nThe use of masks is mandatory in public (including on public transport and in taxis).
\nAny gathering where it is not possible to maintain 1 meter of social distancing between each person is prohibited.
\nConsumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in public spaces.\nAs per Presidential Decree 1408, starting 16 November 2021 (for anyone 18 and above) and from 30 November (for anyone 13 and above) it will be mandatory to show a vaccination card or digital certificate to access public or private events involving mass attendance, bars, gastro bars, restaurants, cinemas, night clubs, dance venues, concerts, casinos, bingo halls and leisure activities, as well as sports venues, amusement and theme parks, museums, and fairs.

\n\u2022 Vaccination cards (must show evidence of at least the first dose)\nVaccination digital certificate (must show evidence of at least the first dose. If the vaccination was carried in Colombia, you can download the certificate online \n\u2022 Anyone 0 to 12 will be exempt from this requirement\nRegional, departmental and city authorities may be implementing local measures, including restrictions based on gender and/or identification numbers, curfews and lockdowns. These may be introduced at short notice. You should check official guidance from the relevant local authority (please see websites for key cities below) as well as national COVID-19 regulations and updates by MinSalud (Ministry of Health):
